Tuna Melt



2 slices bread
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 can tuna, in water
1/2 dill pickle spear, diced
2 tbs mayo
salt
pepper

Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Drain tuna and add pickle, mayo, salt, and pepper. Lightly butter bread and add cheese. Place in oven until cheese is bubbling, approx 5 minutes. Top bread with tuna mixture.

Serve with additional pickles, chips, veggies, or anything else you'd like.
